Welcome to AOPS Counting & Probability! I am excited to learn with your son/daughter in the coming school year!
Enclosed please find the AOPS counting-probability course description and AOPS Counting_Probability Teaching Schedule 2019-2020. Feel free to visit my teaching blog http://blog.newtonchineseschool.org/lilijia/ for more information.
We will do the introduction, a pre-test and “Math is Fun” activity in Week 1 (on 9/8/2019), and start diving in the topics since Week 2. Please try yo buy the textbook online and bring it to school on 9/15.

Students should bring the following supplies to class:
– pencils, erasers, rulers
– a red (or any other color) pen (to make corrections)
– an A4 folder
– 2 notebooks (one for class note, the other for homework)
– a calculator
– the textbook
