We went over Sample Test M1 Q6+8, M2 Hard Version Q8+10, reviewed basic structures in Digital SAT, and learned topics in linear equation with one variable. I was so glad to see many of you take careful notes, and volunteer to work on the whiteboard! Please finish HW1: Linear Equation in One Variable on Test Innovator (there are 9 practices, including 3 easy, 2 median, and 4 hard, you only need to complete 6 out of 9). If you complete more than 6, you will earn extra points in HW:) Make sure to check your solutions after you are done, and submit the SAT Question Form https://forms.gle/QLd6f2rKd1buRX6j6 to share your questions with me.
We will go over HW1 next week, and learn L2: Linear Equation in Two Variables.

Welcome to the SAT Math Prep Class at NCLS this year! My name is Lijia, and I am thrilled to work with you this year! Please read the course information and course calendar, and let me know if you have any questions or concerns:)
If you have not done so already, please fill out this SAT Test Innovator Infor Form as soon as possible, so that I can register the account for students. We will meet in Room 220 (facing the library) from 3:30-4:50 pm on Sundays.

Dear Students,
We went over questions in DSAT#12 today, and held an end-of-year celebration. Each student received a course certificate and a goody bag. Please check the notes here for your reference.
Working with each of you over the past five weeks has been a great pleasure. I am so pleased to see many of you have made steady progress in each practice test. Please keep up the great work, and try your best on your test day.
As we mentioned, Test Innovator is valid for 365 days. Most of you can access your account through the end of August this year. Please make good use of this platform (not only math, but also English part), and practice during the summer. What is more, I have created a DeltaMath classroom for SAT Math review. Please feel free to join it and practice on your own.
Do not forget that you can also find free practice tests in BlueBook, the app created by College Board:)
Some tips:
You can email me if you have any SAT math questions in the future. Students at Newton South High School please feel free to visit my WIN blocks in Rm 6266 to get help with your math questions:)
Lastly, please take 2 min to finish the SAT Math Class Survey. Your feedback can help us improve our future classes, and your input will be highly appreciated!

We discussed problems in DSAT#11 and learned L19: Two variable data models and scatter plots. Please check the notes for your review, and finish homework on Test Innovators. Please use the Google Form to share your questions with me.
We will take our last practice test DSAT#12 next Sunday, and go over the questions on 6/21, our last lesson this school year. If you will not be here for the last lesson, please let me know in advance. I will bring the certificate and end-of-year gifts to you next week instead:)
