Welcome Letter

Dear Newton Chinese Language School Families:
It is with great pleasure that we write to welcome you and our students to the 2011-2012 school year at Newton Chinese Language School (NCLS).  We hope that you have had a great time enjoying the summer with family and friends.  How quickly summer concludes and our thoughts turn to eagerly preparing for the start of another school year.  This is always an exciting time of the year! The NCLS faculties and staffs eagerly await welcoming our new families and students and catching up with great summer stories and memories with returning families and students.  As the new principals, we are looking forward to a brand new school year filled with exploration, discovery and excitement.

To help our students start the school smoothly, we would like to share the following information with you:

4. Textbooks

If you have already paid the tuition, your child(ren) will pick up his/her textbook(s) in his/her classroom. Otherwise, you need to bring a registration form along with your payment to the library (2nd floor) to pay the tuition. After making the payment, your registration form will be stamped and you can pick up your textbook(s) at cafeteria with the stamped registration form.

If you decide not to keep the textbook for any reason, you may return your textbook at 2nd floor library before September 18th, 2011. Please keep in mind that NCLS does not accept partial returning, that is, for textbook coming with excise book, you may return either both or none of them.

5.   Tuition payment

Now it is too late to make the payment through the mail to ensure a textbook to be delivered to you child(ren)’s classroom.  We suggest you to print out a registration form (from your NCLS family account) and bring it along with you payment to the school library and make the payment there.

For NCLS late payment policy, please refer to the following link:
