The job contract and the teaching application form
The NCLS Board has also decided to issue formal job contract to the NCLS teachers and staff every year starting in the 2013-2014 academic year. As part of the plan, please download and fill up the teaching application form, and submit it to the principals by April 7, 2013. Paper copy of the form is also available in school on Sunday.

Updated school calendar

NCLS Chinese Speech Contest
有关今年校内演讲比赛的通知已在数周前发给了家长及各位老师，但因春节及大雪的原因，一定程度上影响了报名。为了保证学生有足够的时间准备，学校已将比赛时间延后到三月二十四日，报名截止日为三月十七日，即所有参赛学生须将报名表格在十七日之前交给学校。望各位年级组长督促本年级的老师在鼓励本班学生报名参赛的基础上，尽快将报名名单送交学校，以保证演讲比赛能按计划进行。演讲比赛获奖学生将作为学校文艺活动主持人候选。谢谢大家的努力及合作！

The February payroll file has been submitted to the bank on Wednesday. The paychecks should be delivered to you by Mar. 7.
Notes from the Teachers’ Club – 腰鼓队
The teachers’ 腰鼓队will have a try-out and planning session this Sunday in Room 222 at 5:15pm. Their regular sessions will start on Mar. 10, 2013. Details will be discussed this Sunday. All are welcome to come and try!
