Letter to NCLS teachers on 23-Jan-2014

Dear teachers,

This coming Sunday 1/26 is the first class of spring semester.  The school will print out your spring students list and distribute to each class. Please check the enrolled student list.  If you notice any students not on the list, but was in last semester and still coming, you can email the parents to remind them for spring registration.

New Teachers for Spring Semester:

We are happy to introduce two new teachers for this spring semester:

1. Qu Shaohua (曲少华)老师 will teach fifth grade Chinese B class.     余向红老师  could not continue teaching this class due to health reason.   Qu laoshi has been a sub teacher for fifth grade Chinese during Yang Yifang laoshi’s sick leave in the past fall semester.  Before that, she has been a teaching assistant for K grade and tenth grade Chinese at NCLS for six years.  Qu Laoshi has accumulated extensive teaching experience during these years and we are sure she is well suited for this teaching job.

2. Cui Hao (崔浩)老师 will teach third grade Chinese A class.   赵蕾老师 could not continue teaching this class due to personal matters.  Cui laoshi has been teaching Chinese since 1994 in Washington and Indiana.  She also holds a teaching degree from a college in China. We are fortunate to have her joining our school.

Meanwhile, we thank Yu Xianghong and Zhao Lei laoshi for their hard work and quality teaching in fall semester.  Both of them expressed strong desire to come back to NCLS when possible.  We wish them well and look forward to welcoming them back.

红包:

发红包喽! 所有文化课的老师,请周日来图书馆许华处领学生红包。红包里一人两元。

春节礼品卡:

请各位老师这周日到许华处领春节礼品卡, 成人和学生TA的春节礼品卡到田毅处领。

Happy Chinese New Year!  We wish you and your family 马年吉祥,马到成功!

See you this Sunday,

Guangsong and Ling
