NCLS Registration Procedure, Tuition, registration and Book fees for the Spring 2016 semester
Registration for Spring 2016 semester will start on Sunday, December 13. During spring semester 2016, the class schedule will be: the 1st class, 12:30 pm – 1:45 pm; the 2nd class, 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm; the 3rd class, 3:40 pm – 5:00 pm. There will be three stages for registration:
1. “Same Class” Period: 00:00 AM, December 13th, 2015 – 11:59 PM, January 3rd, 2016, Registration only opens to current class students.
During this period, only the currently enrolled students can register, and can only register the same classes they are taking this semester.
School will guarantee your seat in the same classes for you during this period; but you have to register the classes by yourself through your family account. If you don’t register by the end of this period, then the seat reserved for you will be open to other students in the next period.
2. “Current Student” Period: 00:00 AM of January 4th, 2016 ― 11:59 PM of January 10th, 2016. Registration only opens to current in-school students.
All classes will be open to the currently enrolled students for registration and no seat will be held in any class. All new classes will also open for registration on “first come first serve” bases. All students can change their classes as long as the class you want to change to has vacancies.
3. “Open Registration” Period: Start 00:00AM of January 11th, 2016, registration opens to all students including new students.
During this period, the registration will open to anyone if there are vacancies in the classes.
Tuition and registration fee for the 2015-2016 School Year
Tuition per semester (16 weeks):
Chyten class: $265
Chinese language class: $165;
Other classes: $145 – 1st and 3rd class period; $165 – 2nd class period
Ballroom Dance Class: $145/one hour class
If the total tuition per student equal or exceeds $310, you will receive $35 discount. This price applies to both children and adult classes.
Tuition for the senior classes per semester: $50.
The cost for textbooks is NOT included in the tuition.
Registration fee is $10 per family account, but it is waived if all account balance is paid on or before January 18th, 2016.

The registration for Spring 2016 will be closed on February 14, 2016.

Please follow the system prompt after you finish the class selection and ready to pay. Please note: the deadline for waiving the $10 registration fee is January 18th, 2016.

Book Order The textbook for Chinese classes will not be covered in the tuition. For most classes, students will continue to use the same textbook that are used in Fall 2015 semester, so you don’t need to buy new textbook. If you are a new student, please come to our admin desk to buy textbooks on 1/17 or 1/24.
