Simply \r\nspeaking, all laws of exponents that were introduced to students \r\nlast week are also valid for the fractional exponent. Most \r\nimportantly, the relation of radical number and expression and \r\nfractional exponents is the explanation of the meaning of fractional \r\nexponents. \r\n\r\nSolving exponent equation by using the idea of \"the same base\" was\r\nthe good practice in exponent contents. Students learned to solve\r\ndifferent type of simple same base exponent equations.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, students learned how to use scientific notation to \r\npresent very big numbers or very small numbers.\r\n\r\nHere is the homework assignment:\r\n\r\nWorkbook 8A\r\nChapter 1\r\n2.
