In today’s class, students continued to study solving quadratic equations by using factorization. Different types of quadratic equations were introduced in the class. The word problems that use quadratic equation knowledge were demonstrated to students, such as finding numbers, finding side lengths of rectangle. The keys in solving word problems were reiterated, like, defining the variable(s), writing math expressions, and writing equations, and finally checking solutions and answer questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
