Only<br \/>\nbring the words that we learned in the previous class, leave the rest at home.<\/li>\n<li>Lined note book (for note taking)<\/li>\n<li>A Chinese Dictionary (if you don\u2019t have it yet, try to buy one at a Book Fair in NCLS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Classroom Procedure<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please enter the classroom quietly, on time and take your seat.<\/li>\n<li>If you have a basketball or a yoyo for the second class, please leave it at<br \/>\nthe front of the class room, and take it with you at the end of the class.<\/li>\n<li>Lay out the word cards on your table to be ready to review.<\/li>\n<li>Have your homework book (Blue or Yellow book) out for quiz.<\/li>\n<li>Raise your hand if you have something to say and wait to be called on. \u00a0Only one person should be speaking at any given time.<\/li>\n<li>Please no socializing in class. \u00a0Stay focused and be prepared to be called on during class. \u00a0You must be an active participant to do well in this class. \u00a0That means you should be alert and ready.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Homework<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We use Blue Book for odd-weeks and Yellow Book for even-weeks. You are expected to turn in your finished homework on the following Sunday.<\/li>\n<li>You must have a parent\u2019s writing note with explanations if you could not<br \/>\nfinish homework on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Bathroom Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure you go to the restroom before the class starts.<\/li>\n<li>Please do not ask to go during class unless it is a true emergency.
