Newton Chinese School Montessori Chinese Immersion Workshop will be open to all 4-7
years old students after. It will limit to 8 students according to their registration sequences.
牛顿中文学校蒙特梭利中文浸入式工作坊面向 4-7 周岁学龄儿童招生。每学期按报名
顺序限收 8 名学生。
It includes 5 core components from American Montessori Society (AMS):
课程主要包括美国蒙特梭利协会（AMS）制定的 5 个核心教育内容：
1. Practical Life, Arts and Crafts 日常生活教育
2. Sensorial 感官教育
3. Math 数学教育
4. Language 语言教育
5. World Geography and Culture, science, nature, music 世界地理文化，科学，自
然，音乐教育
每个学生的主要作业是每周轮流帮助家长为全班同学准备课间“零食”，这些零食可以
是饼干，蔬菜，或水果。并且能够认读这些零食的名称或特点。

• Grace and Courtesy (greetings, please, thank you, sorry, interrupting, etc.)
• Walking on a Line
• Sequence of Pouring activities (incl. solids and liquids), Scooping/Spooning
activities (chop sticks)
• Twisting activities (bottles & caps)
• Watering a plant, flower arranging
• Feeding an animal (fish, squirrel, bird, turkey)
