Dear teachers:<\/p>\n
To reward student teaching assistants with exellent performance, NCLS plan to give “Excellent TA” award to\u00a0a group of selected\u00a0TAs to recognize their outstanding service at the year end PCC assembly, inconjunction with graduation ceremony.\u00a0All candidates\u00a0need to be nominated by their teachers.\u00a0NCLS admin is going to form a committee and make the final selection.<\/p>\n
Following criteria should be considered when nominating a candidate:<\/p>\n
1. Is this TA always helpful\u00a0for the\u00a0teacher?<\/p>\n
2. Is this TA always helpful for the students?<\/p>\n
3. Knowledge about the class<\/p>\n
4. Prepareness of the class<\/p>\n
5. Sense of responsibility<\/p>\n
6. Always on time<\/p>\n
7. Has made no more than two absence requests for the school year<\/p>\n
