Dear Teachers\uff1a<\/p>\n

The Fall 2015 semester is successfully over, and thanks a lot for all our teachers hard work. This coming Sunday, 1\/31 will be the 1st school day of Spring 2016, hopefully, with all of your support, we will have another fruitful year.<\/p>\n

-Classroom management<\/strong><\/p>\n

The classroom management has been a long time tough topic which we have been talking and emphasizing, but we still\u00a0receive the complaint from Day Middle school teacher once a while.\u00a0Please take a couple mins in the 1st spring semester class, repeat the rules to your class, the removal and touching the Day school room teacher’s teaching and personal belongings are not allowed.<\/p>\n

-New class<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5e94\u5e7f\u5927\u8df3\u821e\u7231\u597d\u8005\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u725b\u987f\u4e2d\u6587\u5b66\u6821\u56fd\u6807\u821e\u9ad8\u7ea7\u73ed\u5c06\u4e8e2016\u6625\u5b63\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f00\u8bfe\uff0c\u7f51\u4e0a\u6ce8\u518c\u73b0\u5df2\u5f00\u59cb\u3002\u4e3b\u8bb2\u8001\u5e08\u7531\u5927\u6ce2\u58eb\u987f\u5730\u533a\u8457\u540d\u821e\u8e48\u5bb6\u5f20\u99a8\u6885\u8001\u5e08\u62c5\u4efb\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u73ed\u662f\u4e3a\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u56fd\u6807\u821e\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u7ee7\u7eed\u6df1\u9020\u63d0\u9ad8\u800c\u8bbe\u3002 \u4e0a\u8bfe\u65f6\u95f4\u662f\u6bcf\u5468\u65e512\uff1a30\uff0d1\uff1a45PM\u3002 \u8fd9\u4e2a\u73ed\u5c06\u8be6\u7ec6\u89e3\u6790\u6bcf\u4e2a\u52a8\u4f5c\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u9886\u4ee5\u53ca\u97f3\u4e50\u3001\u8282\u594f\u7684\u914d\u5408\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b66\u751f\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u638c\u63e1\u56fd\u6807\u821e\u7684\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9ad8\u821e\u8e48\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u793e\u4ea4\u821e\u573a\u5408\u53d1\u6325\u81ea\u5982\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5b66\u821e\u7684\u5174\u8da3\u3002\u5c06\u8981\u9010\u6e10\u5b66\u4e60\u7684\u821e\u79cd\u5305\u62ecInternational Style\u7684\u5341\u79cd\u821e\uff08\u534e\u5c14\u5179\uff0c\u63a2\u6208\uff0c\u72d0\u6b65\u821e\uff0c \u4f26\u5df4\uff0c\u6070\u6070\u6070\uff0c\u7b49\uff09\u53ca\u4e00\u4e9bAmerican Style\u7684\u821e\u3002<\/p>\n

-New Teacher Hiring Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the development of NCLS, more and more\u00a0parents and senior students\u00a0have interest in join NCLS as teacher or TA. In order to make this process more formal and to create an equal opportunity to all applicants, NCLS board drafted and approved the new teacher hiring guidelines. Basically, all\u00a0applicants have to submit the resume to school dean(xyc_lin@yahoo.com) for teacher’s position, and go through interview with teacher recruiting committee (Principal, Vice Principal and Dean). For entertainment class, the grade leader or senior teacher will be involved in interview process. After the trial class, the offer letter will be sent to applicant by principal. \u00a0For TA application, please submit the application form\u00a0to Tian Yi lao shi (yitianzh@hotmail.com).<\/p>\n

As the current NCLS teacher, if you are going to leave school, please inform school admin (principal, vice principal and Dean) in person at least two weeks ahead of your departure date.<\/p>\n

-Class Close Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on school policy, the minimum number of student to open a class is 6. At the end of registration, if the enrollment could not reach 6, the class will be closed. The teacher will be switched to either TA or to other class if the position available.<\/p>\n

-Parking<\/strong>\u00a0 Permit\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to very limited parking space, there are quite a few number of teachers, especially new teachers who don’t have parking permit, and school will subsidize $20 per semester to the teachers without parking permit.<\/p>\n
