Dear Teachers:<\/p>\n
This coming Sunday, 1\/25\/2015 will be the 1st school day of 2015 spring semester.\u00a0 We want thank all teachers for your hard work and dedication during the past fall semester.\u00a0 Let’s keep it up\u00a0and make the spring semester a continued success.<\/p>\n
For the next couple of weeks, please check your class\u00a0spring semester student list from the system to make sure all students in your class are on the list.\u00a0 If you find any students sitting in the classroom are not on your student list, please let us know.<\/p>\n
– Classroom Maintenance<\/p>\n
Recently we have been informed by Day School that one classroom will be closed permanently due to our students removing teacher’s\u00a0classroom material at multiple occasions.\u00a0Although our teachers and the majority of students have\u00a0 tried very hard to maintain the classroom, we still found some students are not following the rules. This case is a big lesson and warning to all of us.<\/p>\n
Therefore, we would like to remind all teachers to:<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0\u00a0Reiterate the classroom maintenance rules to your students and remind them not to\u00a0touch or remove any Day School material\/properties.<\/p>\n
2. Put back desks and chairs to the original position after your class or inform the teachers or TAs in the following class to do so.<\/p>\n
3. Remind\u00a0TAs take more responsibility to help teachers\u00a0maintain and reinforce school rule<\/p>\n
– Pick up 1099 tax form in the library<\/p>\n
The Tax form 1099 is available\u00a0at library.\u00a0 If you have not picked up yet, please stop by and pick up your form.-<\/p>\n
– Chinese New Year Gala<\/p>\n
NCLS is going to host 2015 Chinese New Year Gala on Saturday 1\/31\/2015 at Regis College from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The address:\u00a0235 Wellesley Street, Weston, MA 02493. For each teacher, you will get two free tickets, extra tickets will be charged $3\/each. Please stop by library this Sunday and pick up tickets (2 for each teacher) from Tian Yi laoshi.<\/p>\n
