The school will resume this coming Sunday 12\/7.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spring Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Online registration for 2015 Spring semester will start on 12\/14. We have included this information in this week&#8217;s newsletter.\u00a0 Please also include this information in your weekly communication with parents. Please refer to the following link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.newtonchineseschool.org\/registration-procedure-for-spring-2015\/\">http:\/\/blog.newtonchineseschool.org\/registration-procedure-for-spring-2015\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Teachers Absence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another important thing we would like to revisit\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0Teacher Absence Policy.\u00a0 We understand that teachers sometimes have business trips and family matters to take care.\u00a0 Our school allows up to four school days off for the school year.\u00a0 If you will be absent, please\u00a0inform school dean Lin Xiaoyan\u00a0laoshi as early as possible so we can make arrangement accordingly.\u00a0 For\u00a0TA work, you\u00a0need to inform the principal assistant Tian Yi laoshi in advance.\u00a0 If for any reason, your absence is over four school days during the year, your year end bonus will be affected accordingly based on the amount of extra days off.\u00a0 If you have any questions, please come to\u00a0the the principal desk on Sundays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Picture Taking in Class\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As you all know, the out-school 2015 Chinese New year gala will be on 1\/31\/2015.\u00a0 We have a group of people including EC, admin staff, PCC and teachers who have been working very hard to prepare for this event. In order to make school slide show for the spring gala, we will have our admin staff\u00a0to stop by your class on Sunday to take some class pictures while the class is in session.\u00a0 No preparation needed.
