We have three more weeks left before the summer break.\u00a0 Let’s keep up\u00a0with the good\u00a0work and finish this semester on a high note!<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0 Please have a final student\u00a0checking by using your class roster in the system.\u00a0\u00a0Recently we have found couple of cases that either the student did not enroll in spring semester but sit in the classroom for the whole semester, or the student’s name is on the class roster but the student shows up in another class every Sunday.\u00a0 These mistakes should not last for a whole semester if the teachers used the updated spring<\/strong> semester class roster in the system to check their classes.\u00a0\u00a0Please note that\u00a0your semester-end bonus is affected by the total number of students in your class, therefore you want to make sure all students sitting in your class are registered correctly to your class.<\/p>\n If you have trouble viewing the class roster in the system, please let us know. It’s a very important tool for you to get to know your class.<\/p>\n 2. A friendly reminder:\u00a0 6\/14\u00a0 All Teachers Training.<\/p>\n Location:\u00a0 CCCC (\u5251\u6865\u4e2d\u6587\u5b66\u6821 411 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452 \uff09<\/p>\n Time: 6:30-9:30pm.<\/p>\n 6:30-7pm will be dinner, training will be held right after.\u00a0 We will also announce the new school leaders in this meeting.<\/p>\n This in-house training is mandatory to all Chinese class teachers.\u00a0 If for any reason you can not come, please let us know. Also note that $30 of your training budget is reserved for this in-house training.<\/p>\n 3.
