Here are some reminders and annoucements for this week:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Speech Contest registration form is due this Sunday 3\/9 before school end.<\/p>\n

2. Please mark your calendar:\u00a0 \u7b2c\u56db\u5341\u4e00\u5c4a\u7f8e\u4e1c\u4e2d\u6587\u5b66\u6821\u534f\u4f1a\u5e74\u4f1a\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u4e94\u6708\u4e8c\u5341\u56db \u548c \u4e8c\u5341\u4e94\u65e5 \u5728Boston Marriott Burlington \u4e3e\u884c\u3002 http:\/\/www.acsusa.org\/MeetingInfo.html<\/a><\/p>\n

The conference will have\u00a0different presentations given\u00a0by experienced teachers.\u00a0 We encourage you to attend this conference if your schedule allows.\u00a0 This will be a great opportunity for you to have some trainings as well as meet\u00a0teachers from other Chinese school in Boston.\u00a0\u00a0 The detailed conference planning and registration info will follow soon.<\/p>\n

Dear NECLTA members and friends,<\/div>\n

We are very happy to announce that we will begin our workshop series for K-12 teachers this year and the first one will be held on March 15th<\/sup>, 2014 from 1pm to 5pm at Tufts University.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
If you are not interested in the workshop, please skip this email. For those of you who are interested, please read the attachment and this email carefully, as they contain important information you need to attend the workshop. Here\u2019s some key information about the workshop:\u00a0 This is the first of the four workshops we will run for 2014.<\/div>\n
We plan to issue 5 PDPs for each of the four workshops, totaling 20 for the year.<\/div>\n
Registration is required and the number of participants will be kept under 32. First come, first served.<\/div>\n

You can register online at http:\/\/neclta.org\/programs\/workshop-registration<\/a><\/div>\n
Once you complete your registration, you should pay your registration fee online at http:\/\/neclta.org\/programs\/K-12<\/a><\/div>\n
The registration fee is $10 for NECLTA members and $20 for non-members. Your registration is not complete until your payment is received.<\/div>\n
The registration will be closed at the end of 3\/12th<\/sup> or when the maximum number is reached. DO NOT pay if the online registration is closed.<\/div>\n

If you are not a NECLTA member and you want to take advantage of the membership discount, you can become one by completing the membership registration form at https:\/\/tufts.qualtrics.com\/SE\/?SID=SV_aaa1Jo6iuvgSLXv<\/a>, and by paying your membership dues at http:\/\/neclta.org\/membership\/payment<\/a>. The annual membership dues for a regular member are $20.<\/div>\n
