Dear teachers:<\/p>\n
Thank you very much for your effort and hard work, the school has been proceeding smoothly, and our curriculum has been conducted very well.<\/p>\n
This is the time of the year we used to\u00a0remind our teachers\u00a0for two things:<\/p>\n
1. Verifying the registration in your class. Please log-in to your teaching account and get the student list of\u00a0your class, and\u00a0verify it with the attendees in\u00a0class on Sunday. Please let the school admin know if the list has any\u00a0discrepancy with the actual class.<\/p>\n
2. Reinforcing the classroom discipline. We all might have realized that,\u00a0 the\u00a0Spring semester is when the students get to know\u00a0their teachers and their peers, \u00a0and this\u00a0is the time\u00a0when the classroom management becomes harder.\u00a0Please\u00a0emphasize again on the classroom rules to your students, and\u00a0involve your teaching assistants to resolve any disciplinary issues. And,\u00a0the school admin\u00a0are here for you, please\u00a0let us know if you need help.<\/p>\n

In-house training plan <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n As we had always been debating our thoughts on whether or not to\u00a0take the mid term\/final exam days for teachers’ training,\u00a0it had\u00a0come to a\u00a0conclusion that, it was difficult to have all teachers to attend the training\u00a0during one\u00a0first class period and it’s possibly disturbing the classes. We plan to conduct the all-teachers’ training in May on one of the Saturdays.
